Born in 1962, the Prince-Bishop was raised according to Serendipian royal tradition. The family often moved from place to place in search of an appropriate location to establish the Royal Court. Eventually, and for many years, the Court was situated in Las Vegas. The Grand Vissier advised that owing to the presence of "The King, Elvis Presley", Las Vegas must be the best place to set up Court.
HSH attended University at The University of Oregon in Eugene and Graduate School in London England. While in England, Serendip was snubbed by the British Royal Family as HSH was not invited to Buckingham Palace. An international incident was narrowly avoided by the fact that nobody paid attention, and some English friends took the young prince out for "a pint" and pumped him full of ale until the snub was forgotten.
The Royal Court is now resident in San Francisco. Since the death of "The King", the Grand Vissier had been urging that the Court relocate to San Francisco because he had heard there were so many queens there. |
